Over-hand Serves.
Having trouble with your serve? No worries. Start your serve with a high, controlled toss. After you toss draw your arm back and swing at the ball right when it is at it's peak. Practice this and in no time your serve is sure to please!

5. Even if someone you aren't friends with is on the team, don't be a rude teammate to them. Treat them equally and fairly.
4. Have pep talks before a game or even a practice. It boosts everyone's spritits and puts them in a better mood.
3.Get to know your team. Hang out with them at lunch and be friends off court to. That will make your bond even stronger.
2. Don't yell at your teammate or discourage them. Just tell them it's k to mess up.
1. Encourage your team. Even if they mess up tell them they'll do better next time.
